The objective of this project was to design UIUX prototype of a mobile application that serves as a suicide helpline, providing crucial support and intervention for individuals in crisis. The application will facilitate real-time chat sessions between users and trained support personnel, enabling users to seek emotional support, and access emergency resources when needed. By offering a confidential and accessible platform for users to connect with trained professionals, the application aims to reduce the risk of suicide and provide vital support to individuals experiencing emotional distress.
After evaluation and Hi-Fi prototype the the client was not having it and so we decided to do the meeting. We had to redesign the structure completely as the project was already on the final stage and the requirements were changed but we didn't mind to do it as long as the client is satisfied. After initial response and conclusion there were some changes on the Chat Initiation feature; it has to be automatically assigned agent/doctor based chatting and there should be no option to choose to talk to any doctor of liking. Hence the final prototype was ready with complete Flow and Animation for client.
